The contract stipulated between Espressionemoto and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Espressionemoto. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any manner to the customer.

By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general conditions and payment transcribed below. Any right of the customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and / or property, caused by the non-acceptance or evasion, even partial, of an order.

To take advantage of all promotions, offers and discounts you need to register. By registering you accept the terms of sale, payment and delivery. Espressionemoto will use the email, landline or mobile phone to inform the customer of the outcome of orders, payments, problems or lack of availability of the goods. Purchase mode
The Customer has the possibility to order only products in the Espressionemoto online catalog. All prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT. Espressionemoto does not provide any kind of guarantee (expressed or implied) regarding the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the information on the services and in general the content of the site. The descriptions, prices and images of the products are purely indicative, may contain inadvertent errors.

For a correct use of the products as well as various information of the same (such as functions, doses, contents, warnings, efficacy, etc.) it is recommended the advice of experts in sports medicine and the careful reading of the label. Any decisions that may be made on the basis of the data on this site are taken in full decision-making autonomy and at their own risk. What reported on Espressionemoto does not in any way replace medical advice and above all does not want to attribute effects that a supplement as such can not have.

Espressionemoto declines any responsibility for the results and / or consequences of any use or attempt to use any of the information published. The correct order is confirmed by Espressionemoto through an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer. The answer is generated automatically by the system and can not be considered in itself acceptance of the order, but only confirmation of receipt of the same. This confirmation message will include an 'Order Code', to be used in any further communication with Espressionemoto. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections by email to or by telephone at 0185 305429 during the hours of public assistance. If received correctly, the order can be viewed by the customer on the Espressionemoto website in the "order history" area. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Espressionemoto will promptly notify the Customer.

Terms of payment
The Espressionemoto website offers many payment methods to meet the customer's needs: Cash on delivery, Advance bank transfer, PayPal circuit, Credit Card. In case of cancellation of the order (PayPal or credit card payment methods) both by the customer and in case of non-acceptance of the same by Espressionemoto, the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the order will be requested at the same time by Espressionemoto the amount committed will be credited back to the customer via the PayPal system.
Method of communication with customers
Espressionemoto uses two methods of communication with customers:

1- Information communications on orders, availability, payments, etc. These communications are not of an advertising nature and therefore should not be ignored. Method of communication with customers - data
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering shall prevail. No change in the invoice will be possible, after the issuance of the same nor will it be possible to issue an invoice after the order has been processed to customers who have not provided their personal details and / or social security number when ordering. No responsibility can be applied to EspressioneMoto in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.

Returns and exchange of goods

Espressionemoto accepts returns and change of size, 14 days for the right of withdrawal, and 30 days for the change of size.
Size or item changes are FREE only for the Helmets category.
Returns are not accepted on products in the Outlet category.
The return provides for the payment of the order minus shipping costs: € 7.90 for the costs incurred for shipping to the customer and € 7.90 for the return costs.
The cost of replacement is € 6.50 for each item (excluding helmets, which have FREE replacement) and will be charged to the customer via paypal or with a surcharge of € 2.90 cash on delivery.
The replacement of the product obviously does not guarantee the immediate availability of the replacing product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased in the OUTLET category
This regulation is valid only for purchases made in Italy, for abroad shipments will be charged to customers.
We remind you that the Returned or Replaced items must be strictly conforming to the original, and properly packaged for return shipping, and with all labels and packaging intoned.
Returns of damaged items or used by end customers will not be accepted.
The refund will be made within 10 days from the date of return request.

24 month warranty
All the products marketed by Espressionemoto are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and the 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Decree 24/02. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice or the transport document received. The exercise of the Guarantee may provide for the request for assistance to the Authorized Assistance Centers present in the area, following the procedures illustrated in the documentation included in the product packaging. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation included in the product packaging. If, following an intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs, if supported by Espressionemoto. The replacements in case of product not working on delivery take place only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The timing of replacement or possible repair of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer.
The times of repair or possible replacement of the product depend exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer or supplier and no damage can be requested to Espressionemoto for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to meet the express requests of the customer and will not under any circumstances and for any reason transferred to third parties. Espressionemoto guarantees its customers compliance with the law on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.03.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal allows you to be reimbursed the entire sum ONLY IN CASE OF PROBLEMS AND DEFECTS RELATED TO THE PRODUCT.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of all products purchased through the ecommerce site, without any penalty, within 10 working days from the day of receipt, unless the products, delivered sealed, have not been consumed or put into operation and maintain the original integrity of the same. Pursuant to art. 206/2005 the right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the deadline, a written notice to the address Espressionemoto Via Fiume 9 16043 Chiavari (GE), by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by e-mail, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours. All expenses related to the return of the goods to the sender (Espressionemoto) are the responsibility of the purchaser and this is the only expense that the customer will have to bear. In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law, EspressioneMoto is required to reimburse the sums paid by the consumer within thirty days from the date on which EspressioneMoto became aware of the right of withdrawal. We therefore clarify that the Customer intending to return the purchased goods, can do so by returning the package with the products within the aforementioned term of 10 working days from the day of receipt and that the products must be in the same condition in which they were at the time of exit from our store. That is, sealed or unpacked and not used by the customer. In case of lack of these characteristics, the sum will not be reimbursed.
